Join the HBC! The Healthy Breakfast Club! What's the HBC? A great new way to get a GREAT start to your day, and get a handle on those Luv handles! If you have not seen or heard of the Healthy Breakfast, you should start there! Go to the Healthy Breakfast page and watch my video, then go to the online presentation that explains what the Healthy Breakfast is and how you benefit from it. If you already know all about the Healthy Breakfast and want to JOIN THE CLUB, here's how it works! Instead of going to the fast food joint or the donut shop for breakfast, stop by my place, or make yours at home! You will need to get the ingredients if you are doing this from home, or you will have to get the membership card from me if you want to be in the Club! I'm serving up a Healthy Breakfast 6 days a week at my place if you are a local customer! (Write to me at health@llong.ws for address and details) Most people try it for about a week and after they see the results, they take it home and share it with family and friends! This thing is really contagious, in a good way! I also offer a nice discount if you order the products from me! Again, you will have to contact me to get the discount, or stop in. If you prefer to order online at the Nutrition Store, please do, but I cannot give you the discount from that store. All the ingredients are listed to the right.
